History
The "Buck" was the ancestor of the "Mule". With Irish whiskey, it becomes particularly smooth while keeping its spicy ginger kick.
Ingredients
5cl Irish Whiskey, 1.5cl fresh lime juice, ginger beer
Preparation
Combine whiskey and lime juice in a glass with ice, top with ginger ale and stir.
